The Mitsubishi Ki-46 was a twin-engine strategic reconnaissance aircraft of the Imperial Japanese Army, given the Allied reporting name "Dinah." Fast and high-flying, it was difficult for Allied fighters to intercept, and its clean lines made it one of the most elegant Japanese designs of the war. Its Army designation was the Type 100 Command Reconnaissance Aircraft; this kit represents the Ki-46-II.
