The Boeing 757-300 was the stretched version of the 757, and at 54.4 m it’s the longest single-aisle twinjet Boeing ever built. N757X was the 757-300 prototype, which first flew in 1998 and led the type’s flight test and certification programme in Boeing’s red, white and blue house colours with the bold “757” tail. Launch customer Condor put the type into service the following year. This JC Wings release captures the prototype in that classic Boeing scheme, a standout for 757 and Boeing house colour collectors.
