Preowned, Resealed, Mint, some parts off sprue

The M24 Chaffee was the U.S. Army's answer to the under-gunned M3 and M5 Stuart. Production began in April 1944, and it combined a lightweight 75mm M6 gun with twin Cadillac V-8 engines and a torsion bar suspension. It arrived too late to see much combat in the Second World War, but about 50 Chaffees formed South Korea's main armoured defence in the opening weeks of the Korean War. A total of 4,070 were built by June 1945, and the type went on to serve with more than twenty nations.
