The Boeing 737-200 was the stretched, higher-capacity development of the original 737, flying in 1967 and going on to become the definitive short-haul jet of the 1970s and 1980s. British Airways built a large 737-200 fleet in the early 1980s for its European and UK domestic network, and in the early 1990s several aircraft carried "The World's Biggest Offer" promotional titles over the Landor livery. Eastern Express captures that eye-catching scheme in 1/144.
