Description
AML72009 - AML Models 1/72 Curtiss Hawk 75 A-4 "Mohawk IV" - WWHP113604
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Curtiss Hawk 75 was the export version of the US Army's P-36, and France bought it in large numbers before the German invasion of 1940. When France fell, undelivered Hawk 75A-4s were diverted to Britain as the Mohawk IV, and several RAF squadrons flew them against the Japanese over India and Burma in 1942 and 1943. AML's multimedia kit, first released in 2000, captures one of those Far East Mohawks along with Free French and American options.
