Preowned, Resealed, Mint
Includes aftermarket x1
The North American B-25 Mitchell was named after air power pioneer General Billy Mitchell. It became one of the most versatile medium bombers of the Second World War, serving in every theatre with nearly 10,000 built. The B-25C and D models were the first variants produced in large numbers. Sixteen B-25s flew the famous Doolittle Raid on Tokyo from the deck of USS Hornet in April 1942, and the type went on to fly with the RAF, the Soviets and many other Allied air forces. The RCAF kept its Mitchells flying into the early 1960s, mainly as trainers and with Auxiliary squadrons such as 418 “City of Edmonton” Squadron.
