The MiG-29 (Izdeliye 9-13), known to NATO as Fulcrum-C, was a development of the original MiG-29 with an enlarged "humpback" dorsal spine housing additional fuel and an internal electronic countermeasures suite. It became one of the most widely used Soviet and Russian frontline fighters and remained in Russian Air Force service well into the 2010s. Zvezda released this new-tool 1/72 kit in 2015, with markings for 31 IAP, 6969 Airbase 01 Red 2008 at Zernograd, the Borisoglebsk Pilot School 51 White 2001 at Borisoglebsk, and 426 AvG 21 Red/RF-29160 2015 at Erebuni.
