Applied to: Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I, Mk.II, Mk.V; Hawker Hurricane Mk.I/II; Boulton Paul Defiant; Bristol Blenheim Mk.I/IV; Vickers Wellington Mk.I–III; Armstrong Whitworth Whitley; Fairey Battle; Douglas Boston III (RAF service); Curtiss Tomahawk IIA/IIB; North American Mustang Mk.I/II (RAF); Bristol Beaufighter Mk.I/VI; de Havilland Mosquito B.IV. Scale colour note: Lighten 10–15% at 1:48, 15–20% at 1:72.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
