The Junkers Ju 87B-2 was the main production Stuka of the early war years, powered by the Jumo 211Da and serving through the campaigns in Poland, France, the Mediterranean and the opening of the Eastern Front. Its long glasshouse canopy leaves the cockpit and rear gunner's position unusually exposed on a finished model, so interior detail is worth the effort. Etched brass replaces the thick moulded plastic parts with correctly thin, sharply defined fittings.
