By the 1980s a US Navy carrier deck carried a whole ecosystem of specialists alongside the fighters. The F-4S Phantom II soldiered on as the fleet defender in its final Navy years, the EA-6B Prowler jammed enemy radar ahead of the strike package, the E-2C Hawkeye ran the airborne early warning picture from its rotodome, and the SH-3H Sea King handled plane guard and anti submarine work. This set is designed to populate the flight deck of a 1/350 carrier such as Tamiya's Enterprise.
