Rye Field Model's first aircraft kit, a 1/48 MiG-21MF with full engine and cockpit detail, 3D printed parts and photo-etch.

The MiG-21 is the most produced supersonic jet in history, a small delta-winged interceptor built around speed, climb and simplicity, and flown by more than fifty air forces. The MF was the definitive second-generation variant, introduced in 1970 with the uprated R-13-300 engine, a broader dorsal spine and the GSh-23 twin-barrelled cannon in a ventral pack. It fought over Vietnam, the Middle East and South Asia, and remained in front-line service for decades. This is Rye Field Model's first aircraft kit, applying the full-interior approach the company built its reputation on in armour.
