Description

ROD601 - Roden 1/32 Fokker DR.I - WWWEB10116196

Includes aftermarket x12

Preowned, Resealed, Mint inside, Box worn

The Fokker Dr.I is the most recognisable fighter of the First World War. Fokker built it in 1917 in response to the agile Sopwith Triplane, and the first prototypes went to Manfred von Richthofen and Werner Voss of JG I that August. Fewer than 320 were produced, yet its unmatched climb and manoeuvrability in a dogfight made it a legend, and Richthofen died in 425/17 in April 1918.

This kit is packed with a full set of 12 aftermarket upgrades, enough to build a highly detailed Red Baron triplane or Voss’s streaked F.I 103/17.

  • One large light grey sprue, still sealed in its bag
  • Roden decal sheet with markings for Fok.Dr.I 477/17 and 213/17, plus personal markings including Kempf’s “kennscht mi noch?” and the “LO” wind god emblem
  • Instructions with history and specifications in Ukrainian, English and German

Aftermarket:

  • 3 Eduard 32547 photo-etched detail sets for the Roden Fokker Dr.I
  • 3 Cutting Edge CEC32169 Fokker Dr.I Corrected Cowling resin sets
  • 2 Tom’s Modelworks Set #510 Fokker Dr.1 brass photo-etch frets
  • 1 Copper State Models CSM #125 1/32 Spandau MG kit
