Description
RMXH-633 - Revell 1/72 S.E. 5a - WWWEB10103546
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5a was a British single-seat biplane fighter introduced in 1917, powered by a Hispano-Suiza or Wolseley Viper V8 engine. Fast, stable, and structurally strong, it was among the most effective Allied fighters of the First World War and the mount of leading British aces including Albert Ball, James McCudden, and Edward "Mick" Mannock. Its blend of speed and steadiness made it a superb gun platform.
This is the vintage Revell "Authentic Kits" Warbird-series boxing of the 1/72 S.E. 5a, litho'd in Canada with complete French instructions, based on Revell's classic 1963 tooling. Box art depicts an RAF-marked aircraft in a dogfight.
Box contents:
- Injection-moulded plastic parts on sprue, with movable wheels and propeller
- Pilot figure
- Display stand
- Waterslide decal sheet (authentic British markings)
- Illustrated assembly/painting instructions with collector's three-view drawing and aircraft history
