The 1957 Ford Custom was one of the most popular cars of its era and became a favourite for early drag racing competition, often fitted with the 312 cubic inch "Thunderbird Special" V8 or hopped-up FE big-blocks. The two-door hardtop body was light and aerodynamic for its day. This Special Edition kit includes new tooling parts and optional components for two completely different builds — a stock period street car or a full drag Gasser specification with period-correct lettering and competition hardware.
