Mike Skinner arrived in Winston Cup with Richard Childress Racing as the driver of the #31 Lowe's Chevrolet, taking Rookie of the Year honours in 1997. The 1999 season brought five top-five and fourteen top-ten finishes, and the 2000 campaign opened with Chevrolet's redesigned Monte Carlo bodywork, a shape that would go on to define the marque's stock car presence for much of the decade. This Revell kit captures that car in its familiar Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse blue, gold and red livery, complete with the Kobalt rear wing.
