"TV Tommy" Ivo, the child actor turned drag racing star, built Showboat in the early 1960s as the ultimate exhibition dragster: four Buick nailhead V8s linked together, two driving the rear wheels and two the front. The four-wheel-drive slingshot drew huge crowds and landed on the cover of Hot Rod in December 1961. This reissue of Revell's 1963 kit captures all four fuel injected engines in exceptional detail.
