The Sd.Kfz. 9, built by FAMO and known as the Schwerer Zugkraftwagen 18t, was the heaviest German half-track of the Second World War. Designed as a heavy prime mover and recovery vehicle, it could tow tanks and disabled armour, recover bogged vehicles, and haul heavy artillery. Introduced in the late 1930s, the FAMO served throughout the war on all fronts wherever heavy hauling and tank recovery were needed.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit, Revell skill level 5.
