The X-Wing Fighter is the Rebel Alliance's primary starfighter as depicted in the 1983 film Return of the Jedi, appearing prominently in the assault on the second Death Star above the forest moon of Endor. MPC/Ertl released this snap-together kit under their Return of the Jedi licence, moulded in colour and requiring no cement, making it accessible to beginning modellers. Features include folding wings, deployable landing gear, and a display stand; the finished model measures approximately 8 inches in length.
