Description
MON2776 - Monogram 1/24 TMC Trucking Sprint Car - WWHP111903
Preowned, Original seal, Mint
Sammy Swindell of Germantown, Tennessee was one of the dominant forces in World of Outlaws sprint car racing throughout the 1980s and beyond, consistently challenging Steve Kinser for series supremacy and accumulating multiple WoO championships over his career. The #1 TMC Trucking machine, powered by a Goerte engine, was among the most recognisable cars on the circuit in the late 1980s -- the all-black livery with gold lettering making it one of the most visually striking sprint cars of the era. Swindell and Kinser's rivalry defined the golden age of the World of Outlaws series.
