As an upgraded version of Metabee, Saikachi like his predecessor, is a Medabot similar to a beetle. Being a KBT type, he focuses mostly on shooting, which making him suitable for the Kabuto Medal. Furthermore in this form, he can easily move across terrains like cities and stadiums.

Of note, Metabee is also the name of Hikaru's and Ikki's first Medabot, both being a Kabuto Medal with Metabee parts. Ikki's Metabee kept his name after upgrading to Saikachi parts.

Psychics is the main character of the "Medabots 3" and "Medabots 4" Kabuto versions. It has also appeared in "Medabots DUAL" and "Medabots 7".
