The Harrier is the most famous vertical/short takeoff and landing combat aircraft ever built, designed by Hawker Siddeley in the 1960s. The GR.3 added a nose-mounted laser tracker and integrated electronic countermeasures, and during the 1982 Falklands War, RAF No. 1 Squadron flew its GR.3s from HMS Hermes on close support and ground attack missions with 30 mm cannon, rockets, conventional bombs and laser-guided bombs. Italeri released this Falklands War edition in 2017 with an all-new decal sheet.
