The Messerschmitt Me 321 "Gigant" was the largest cargo glider of the Second World War — a 55-metre-span heavy transport built to carry tanks, vehicles, or troops, towed aloft behind heavy bombers and (later) the purpose-built He 111Z. Its enormous payload made it a striking, if vulnerable, piece of Luftwaffe transport engineering. This is Italaerei's original tooling, first released in 1976, here in a later Italaerei boxing.
