The Chevrolet C60L was one of the Canadian Military Pattern trucks built in Canada for British and Commonwealth service, sharing a standardised body and cab design across Chevrolet and Ford chassis. The ambulance variant carried a boxed rear body fitted out with stretchers, seating, and shelving, and served with Commonwealth medical units through North West Europe, Italy, and North Africa. The kit represents the Cab 13 version with an opening pair of rear doors and a detailed interior.
