The Büssing-NAG 500 A was the all-wheel-drive variant of Germany's Büssing-NAG 500 truck series, developed in 1939 and produced in relatively small numbers from 1940 to 1942. Powered by a 6-cylinder 105hp diesel engine with a 4.75-ton payload, the 500 A served as a general cargo truck across multiple fronts. The two-wheel-drive 500 S is the more commonly documented variant; the 500 A is a comparatively obscure subject and was previously unrepresented in injection-moulded 1/35 scale.
