HASE012 - Hasegawa 1/72 Kawasaki Ki-48-I Lily - WWWEB10113650

Preowned, Resealed, Mint

The Kawasaki Ki-48, known to the Imperial Japanese Army as the Type 99 Twin-Engine Light Bomber and to the Allies as "Lily," was ordered in 1937 as a fast, manoeuvrable bomber for operations against the Soviet Union. Its speed, agility and reliability kept it in front-line service throughout the war, and it was regarded as one of the Army's most dependable bombers, flying over China, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Hasegawa released this E-series edition around 1980 from tooling originally produced by Mania, and this example carries the original Hobbycraft Canada distributor label from Toronto.
