The Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9, nicknamed "Dora-9" or "Langnasen-Dora" for its lengthened nose, was a late-war development of the Fw 190 powered by an inline Junkers Jumo 213 engine for improved high-altitude performance. Entering service in 1944, it was regarded as one of the finest German piston-engine fighters of the war. This is Hasegawa's Collectors' Hi-Grade multimedia boxing, a first-edition limited release.
