The Italian Campaign opened with the invasion of Sicily in July 1943 and drew in Commonwealth troops from across the empire as the Allies fought their way up the peninsula. Because so many of those nations were equipped with British gear, this set of six figures in tropical khaki drill can stand in for British, Canadian, Polish, New Zealand, or South African infantry. Dragon depicts them marching, most in shorts, as they would have moved through Italy's dusty terrain.
