This kit replicates the Arado Ar 234B in its proposed night-fighter configuration, the "Nachtigall" (Nightingale). This twin-Jumo development of the world's first operational jet bomber was trialled late in the Second World War fitted with FuG 218 Neptun radar and a ventral gun pack housing a pair of MG 151 cannon for night interception work; only a handful were converted before the war's end. This is a Shanghai Dragon Golden Wings Series boxing, molded in grey styrene with a clear glazed nose.
