DP-ITA2795 - Italeri - 1/48 P-40 Kittyhawk CANADIAN CONTENT
*BOX DAMAGE KIT Preowned, Original seal, Mint
The Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk was one of the most widely used Allied fighters of World War II, serving with the USAAF, RCAF, RAAF, and numerous other air forces across every theatre from North Africa to the Pacific. The E and K variants were the definitive production marks, powered by the Allison V-1710 engine and armed with six .50-calibre wing guns. Canadian Kittyhawk crews served in both the Pacific and European theatres, with 111 Squadron RCAF operating the type from Alaska during the Aleutian campaign.
