The RX-78NT-1 "Alex" was built for Amuro Ray as a Newtype tuned prototype and never reached him, ending up in a Side 6 factory in the middle of the One Year War's dying days. It appears in the 1989 OVA Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, where it gets bolted into slab sided Chobham armour and fights the Kämpfer through a snowbound colony. Twin arm mounted beam gatlings and a faster response system made it the most advanced Federation suit of the war.

Master Grade kit from 1999, snap fit with a full internal frame. Ages 15 and up.
