The APA-5D was the standard Soviet airfield starter and ground power vehicle, built on a Ural chassis and used to spin up jets across Warsaw Pact bases. In 1/72 it makes a strong companion to a MiG or Sukhoi build, and it is one of those flightline vehicles that instantly sets the scene in a diorama.
