Kits mould control surfaces in the neutral position because it is simpler, but a parked aeroplane rarely sits that way. Separate cast ailerons, elevators and rudder let you drop them under their own weight the way a real Fw 190 would with the controls unlocked, and the change to a familiar airframe is immediately obvious.
