Chevrolet's new mid-size Chevelle arrived for 1964, and the refreshed 1965 models brought a cleaner grille, restyled tail and a wider range of V8 power, including the new 327 cubic inch small-block. The two-door and four-door wagons shared the sedan's crisp styling with a practical long roofline, and today they are prized by collectors and hot rodders alike as the perfect sleeper or "hauler" project. AMT's Buyer's Choice kit captures the four-door '65 wagon in 1/25 scale and is now discontinued.
