Diamonds Are Forever (1971) brought Sean Connery back as James Bond for a mission in Las Vegas, and the bright red 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 driven by Tiffany Case became one of the film’s stars. In the famous night-time chase through downtown Las Vegas, Bond takes the wheel and runs rings around the pursuing police cars. He finishes by tipping the Mustang onto two wheels to squeeze down a narrow alley. This AMT kit builds the movie Mach 1 in 1/25 scale and pairs well with AMT’s 1970 Ford Galaxie police car from the same chase.
