The 12th SS Panzer Division "Hitlerjugend" was a German armoured division formed in 1943, largely from Hitler Youth conscripts, and committed heavily in Normandy from June 1944. This figure depicts a machine-gun crewman of the division, a subject from the fighting in northwest Europe in 1944.
