Description
A04178 - Airfix 1/144 Boeing 737 Air New Zealand - WWWEB10109249
Preowned, Resealed, Mint inside, Box worn
The Boeing 737 first flew in 1967 and became the best-selling airliner in history. More than 10,000 have been built across several generations. The 737-200 modelled here was one of the earliest versions. It is easy to spot by its slim, low-slung JT8D engines, and it carried up to about 130 passengers on short and medium-haul routes. The -200 was a workhorse in Canada too, flying with CP Air, Pacific Western and Nordair. Fitted with gravel kits for unpaved runways, it served the Arctic for decades with carriers like Canadian North.
- Light grey plastic sprues with fuselage halves, wings, tail, engine nacelles and undercarriage

- Air New Zealand ZK-NAI, with the koru tail and “Air New Zealand” titles
- Ansett Australia VH-CZO, with the multicolour shooting star tail
- Common decals for doors, windows and walkway markings
- Multilingual instructions with history, specifications and painting guide
