The Beagle B.206 was a twin engined light executive transport built by the Beagle Aircraft Company at Shoreham, a handsome five to eight seat aircraft that looked set for a strong export career. Commercial success never really arrived and only a modest number were completed. The RAF took twenty as the Basset CC.1, intended to ferry V bomber crews between dispersal airfields during the era of the airborne deterrent, and later used them for communications and light transport work. Airfix first tooled this kit in 1968, and it returns here in the Vintage Classics range with the original Roy Cross box artwork.
