The two seat F-105G was the Thud that went looking for trouble, flying ahead of the strike package to bait North Vietnamese radar operators into switching on so the Shrike and Standard ARM crews could answer. It is a large aeroplane even at 1/72, and this Airfix Series 5 boxing gives you the Wild Weasel fit rather than the plain fighter bomber.
