Description
TKM2187 - Takom 1/35 Vk.100.01(P) K3382 (Discontinued)
The Takom 2187 1/35 VK.100.01(P) K3382 is a highly detailed plastic model kit of one of the early conceptual “what-if” super-heavy tank designs from Germany’s WWII Maus development program. Based on Porsche’s design studies for the 100-ton class VK series, the K3382 configuration represents an alternate early proposal that contributed to the evolution of what would eventually become the famous Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus. Although it never progressed beyond the drawing board, it remains one of the most distinctive and ambitious armored vehicle concepts ever created.
Takom recreates this massive paper-panzer in 1/35 scale with finely detailed armor plates, complex suspension geometry, and accurate interpretation of the proposed turret and hull layout. The kit captures the extreme engineering philosophy of the design, featuring heavy multi-axle suspension, detailed interior elements (depending on boxing), and photo-etched parts that enhance its intricate surface structure.
