Panzergrenadiers were the German army's mechanised infantry, trained to advance alongside and ride on the tanks they supported so they could keep pace with armoured spearheads. Close cooperation between tanks and infantry was central to German tactics, and the role remained important throughout the war. This Tamiya set captures eight of these soldiers in action poses, ready to accompany a 1/35 scale tank or diorama.
