 Additionally, specific oversize and/or heavy items will have a fixed shipping cost even though the price and/or location would otherwise qualify for free shipping. 

Picking and Packing

 Online orders are picked during business hours and are packed in the order in which they are received.  If you place an order for In-Store Pickup please wait until you have received a notification that your order is ready for pickup.  Orders are typically shipped within three business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pick-up Orders

 We offer a pick-up option for customers in Ontario. if you are outside of Ontario and wish to do a pick-up order, please contact the store via email or phone to do so.
 Additionally pick-up orders are held for a maximum of 60days, after this time we will cancel and refund the order.

Shipping

 Once your order has been packed and labeled you will receive an email indicating your order has been shipped along with the tracking number(s).  All orders shipped by Canada Post are picked up Monday - Friday at 4:00pm.  If you receive a "Shipped" notification during the day, the tracking will not work until the order is picked up at 4:00pm.  If you receive a "Shipped" notification after 4:00pm, the tracking will not work until after 4:00pm the following day.  Orders shipped by UPS/Canpar/Fedex or other couriers are not picked up until at least the following business day. 

There are no parcel pickups on weekends, statutory holidays, or government holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times stated by Canada Post or the chosen courier does not reflect the time to pick, pack, and dispatch your order. "Next Day" "2 Business Days" or other verbage only refers to the transit time once your package is in the hands of the post office or courier.  Orders are typically picked and packed within three business days and in the order in which they are recieved.

Customs/Taxes/Tariffs/etc.

We don't like customs charges and import fees any more than you do, however, we are not responsible for any charges by your respective country's customs agency or by the courier that is delivering your package.  We will not falsify any customs document with regards to contents, value, origin, or purpose of export.

Shipping Quotes

 Shipping Prices are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered. Because of this, once an order has been made with a shipping quote given we are UNABLE to add additional items to your order if you are under our free shipping threshold.

Returns & Exchanges

Original sales receipt required. Valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

Items must be unopened and in the condition they were purchased.

Liquids (paints, glues, thinners, etc.), aerosols, and trading cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

 If returning an order by mail, please contact us by phone or email on how to proceed.  If return is due to our error, we will pay return shipping, otherwise cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Undeliverable/Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us as being undeliverable you can arrange to have it sent again (subject to additional shipping charges), otherwise, your order will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. 

Cancellations and Restocking Fees

 If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, but before it has been shipped, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the quantity of items in the order.  This policy also applies to orders being returned or cancelled en route to their destination. (see "Returns & Exchanges)

 If an order has been fulfilled & is "Awaiting Pickup" for longer than 60 days it will be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee may be charged.

Refunds/Credits

In the event that all or part of an order needs to be refunded, the refund will be applied to the payment option with which the order was placed (Paypal, Visa, MC, etc.)  If you have made an account on our website you have the option of receiving a refund as store credit.  For orders that are being returned by mail or courier, no refund will be issued until we have received the returned package.

 High Value Items

 Due to several instances of fraud, all orders containing trading cards (Pokemon, One-Piece, etc) will be delivered to a Canada Post office where identification and a signature will be required. Airbrushes and other high value items will require a signature upon delivery and/or will be sent to a Canada Post office for pickup.

 Pre-Orders

  We advise that you make pre-orders separate from other items you wish to purchase as pre-orders combined with regular stock or other pre-order items are subject to availability of the entire order.

 Arrival dates for Pre-Order items are subject to change and may be delayed by external factors.  Any posted release dates are approximate. 

  

 Delivery Policy

  General Information

  All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 We reserve the right to use an alternate courier to that originally selected depending on location and/or size, weight, type of product being shipped (Hazardous Materials). We will however maintain the type of shipment selected (Expedited, Xpress, etc.)

  Delivery Locations

  We accept and ship orders from international customers. If for any reason we are unable to ship to your address we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order. 

   Delivery Time

  Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within three (3) business days of the date of receipt of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

  Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

  International orders may require additional time due to carrier time tables.

  Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery of high-value items

Due to several instances of fraud, high value items including, but not limited to airbrushes, compressors, and trading cards will not be shipped directly to your address.  These items will be sent to a local Post Office where valid identification and a signature will be required to collect.

 

 Shipping and handling Costs

  Shipping costs are based on the weight and/or volume of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.  

  Dangerous Goods Such as paints, paint thinners, spray cans can only be shipped by courier and special charges will apply.

 

Customs ,duties and taxes

 Within Canada provincial tax rates will be charged according to the province or territory tax laws to which the item is shipped. 

 International shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely and some countries don't charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.


International shipments

When selecting shipping options for international orders, shipping quotes are approximations. We may need to contact you to correct a shipping quote or to change services, during this time your order will be on hold until shipping has been figured out.

Games Workshop Products

Games Workshop products (Citadel, Warhammer 40,000, Black Library, etc) can only be sent to Canadian addresses. No exceptions. Any order for Games Workshop products placed from outside of Canada will be immediately refunded.
