Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Nieuport 28 was a French biplane fighter of the First World War, entering service in 1918 and best known as the first fighter flown in combat by American squadrons of the US Air Service. Powered by a Gnome rotary engine, it offered good speed and manoeuvrability, though early examples suffered from upper-wing fabric shedding under stress. American aces including Eddie Rickenbacker scored early victories in the type before transitioning to the SPAD XIII.
