Canada's CF-188 Hornets entered service in the early 1980s and have carried the air force's fighter role ever since. This boxing covers the commemorative aircraft finished in 1994 for the fiftieth anniversary of D-Day: 441 Squadron machine 188781 wearing black and white invasion stripes, chequered fin and wingtips, and wartime-style squadron codes.
