The A319 is the shortened A320, launched in 1993 to give airlines the same cockpit and cabin cross section in a smaller package. British Airways put it to work on short haul from Heathrow and Gatwick, where the Union flag tailfin became one of the most familiar sights in European aviation. The other option on the sheet is Germanwings, Lufthansa's low cost arm, whose yellow and maroon scheme disappeared when the brand was folded into Eurowings, making it a period livery now rather than a current one.

New tooling from 2004 with fine surface structure and a choice of engines. Skill level 3.
