The Leopard 1 was a German main battle tank that entered service in 1965, prized for its excellent mobility and its 105mm gun. The A5 was the final major upgrade of the type, fitted with a modernised fire control system and improved thermal sighting to keep the ageing design combat-effective into the 1980s and beyond. Widely exported, the Leopard 1 served with many NATO and allied armies over a long career.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit, Revell skill level 4.
