S48-010 - PART 1/48 P-51D Mustang
The P-51D was the definitive Mustang, the bubble-canopy version with six .50 calibre guns that gave the USAAF the range to escort bombers all the way to Berlin and back. Over 8,000 were built, and it went on to serve with air forces around the world well into the 1950s.
