Description
AMT6955 - AMT 1/25 1953 Studebaker Starliner Coupe - WWWEB10116226
Preowned, Original seal, Mint
The 1953 Studebaker Commander Starliner came out of the Raymond Loewy studio and is widely regarded as one of the best-looking American cars of the decade, with a low roofline and long nose that read closer to European practice than Detroit. It used Studebaker's 232.6 cu. in. V-8 rated at 120 hp, listed at $2,374, and 32,294 were built. The body has long been a favourite starting point for street rods and customs.
This is the AMT/ERTL issue, a 3-in-1 kit that builds stock, custom, or racing stock car.
