About Us
Wheels & Wings is a long running hobby shop in the East end of Toronto. The store opened on July 12, 1986 with some 700 kits, two paint lines and a dream. Today we have grown to support over 12'000 model kits, 7+ fully stocked paint lines, all the tools you will need to build, accessories, and a large selection of books to base your research on.
We are unique in that we specialize in dealing with plastic model kits only - we do one thing and we try to do it well. You will find that our shelves are not just packed floor to ceiling, but what you see is a large selection of both new and collection kits - we generally only stock 1 or 2 of the same model in our retail area, with extras in the basement warehouse.
We take great pride in having knowledgeable staff and maintaining a friendly atmosphere at the store. We are all hobbyists using the products we sell, and we're happy to answer any questions and offer advice. Join us to shop, browse, talk model building!
