Vallejo Model Air — Grey Protective Coat
Subject: Armour · Universal
Grey protective coat — primer and protective coating for vehicles. German Wehrmacht vehicles received a primer coat before camouflage colours — Panzer I/II/III early production. Also suitable as a chip colour showing through worn camouflage, and as a modelling primer on armour subjects.
Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
