Vallejo Model Air — A14 Steel Grey
Subject: Aircraft
Luftwaffe RLM 76 Lichtblau (light blue) / steel grey variant — underside colour 1941–1945. Bf 109F-4/G-6, Fw 190A-4/5/8/D-9, Me 262A-1a, He 219A-7, Do 335A-1. The standard Luftwaffe underside from 1941 — paired with the darker RLM 74/75 upper surface. Also used as the pale component in late-war mottled schemes.
Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
